September 20th-FULL MOON 4 degrees Pisces, Uttara Bhadrapada, 7:55pm EST
The September Full Harvest Moon takes place at 4 degrees of Pisces in the nakshatra of Uttara Bhadrapada, which means “the latter happy feet”. This spans from 3.2 to 16.4 degrees of Pisces, and the symbols are twins, back legs of a funeral cot, and a snake deep in water. The deity that rules this lunar mansion is Ahir Budhyana, the “serpent of the deep”, implying confinement. This is the Warrior Star, and the fixed star Algenib, which is on the tip of the wing of the Pegasus constellation, belongs to this part of the zodiac. Algenib gives oratorical abilities, intelligence, and a mature and responsible nature. The rebellious nature of the previous nakshatra, Purva Bhadrapada, is tempered here, and the fire of change can be grounded and put into action. People born with this star prominent in their chart are the adults, they take care of others, but they have a lazy streak and can let things slide. These people love to protect their families, and nations, and these people make great politicians. They need a lot of time to themselves, but if you let them alone, they will come up with brilliant psychic insights. These people often have great children and are blessed with an inheritance later in life. The ruler of Pisces is Jupiter, and the ruler of Uttara Bhadrapada is Saturn, so that makes these two transiting planets particularly important today.

This Full Moon is taking place in the 1st house of the self in Washington DC, putting the Sun in the 7th house of the opponent. This makes a Papa Kartari Yoga, in that the Moon is hemmed by malefics, in this case, Neptune retrograde in the 12th house, and Uranus retrograde in the 2nd house. The Moon does NOT like to be alone and becomes very sad and melancholy when distanced from other good planets. Being that the nakshatra of Uttara Bhadrapada implies confinement, this is showing us that we will be going back into a lockdown for the pandemic. The Sun today is conjunct Mercury and Mars, and this is the “lawyer’s yoga”, because Mars can bend the truth of Mercury. So, the Moon is representing the public going into quarantine, and the enemy are the lawyers who are lying to us and bending the laws to suit the government’s needs.

The dispositors of the Sun and Moon nakshatras today are Jupiter and Saturn, and we see that these two planets are coming together in the sky again in the sign of Capricorn in the 11th house of the day with Pluto retrograde, indicating intense transformation and death. Well, last year when they were exactly conjunct on December 21st we had the worst time of this pandemic, but the economy and cryptocurrency were doing fantastic. We can pretty much expect that energy to be felt today, but not as extreme, as these two planets will be 16 degrees apart. The 11th house is the house of communities, the larger public, and also “great gains”, meaning a large check that comes all at once, rather than several smaller ones. I think this is showing us that we will be receiving another stimulus check at this time, even though unemployment benefits should have been ceased by the time of this Full Moon. I think this is the only way people are going to accept another lockdown, is if they receive more money from the government. Also, Venus will be in her best or moolitrikona sign in the 8th house of the day, which indicates other people’s money, so this is also telling me that we will probably receive more stimulus money as a result of the lockdown.

Rahu is in the 3rd house of writing and communications, and Ketu is in the 9th house of the law, so I feel we will see some new laws at this time concerning women, because Rahu is in Taurus’s sign of Venus, and transit Venus is in Libra. We already know that abortion has all but been banned in Texas, and certainly we will see this contested in court, which will probably go to the Supreme Court. I feel that Venus being in her best sign will give more power to the women than the men in this case.
