We start off September with a bang with the Mars Neptune opposition being exact on this day. Mars is the soldier, and Neptune when he’s retrograde reveals the truth. This is happening in the 4th and 10th house of the day for Washington DC, so you know what this means…lies the government has been keeping from us concerning the homeland, and probably homeland security, will be revealed at this time. Neptune also rules oil, so when it is activated by Mars with this aspect oil prices can go up, but this means inflation, as companies must pay more for shipping.

We are currently having a shipping crisis in the US, because so many have been out of work and living on unemployment, couriers are having to hire just about anybody to be their drivers, and it’s a complete mess. Personally, I’ve lost two packages due to the error and negligence of FedEx, and I think the problem will come to a head on this day. In just a few weeks Jupiter retrograde will go back into Capricorn, and then the economy will benefit as it will be with Saturn in his own sign again.

The unfortunate thing is that this is also when the virus will get bad again, as it did last year when we had the big Saturn Jupiter conjunction of Dec 21. Another thing that Neptune represents is film, so certainly some great movies will come out of Hollywood at this time, but also scandals. It should get interesting with this aspect with star’s secrets coming out, and the gossip mill will be at full steam.

Another aspect of this opposition is that the wildfires out West should get some relief. They got particularly bad when the Sun and Mars were conjunct in Leo, and now that Neptune, which represents water and hurricanes, is opposite he is putting out the fire. On the east coast we have the damage from Hurricane Ida, and that aftermath of the flooding can be seen with this opposition.
