Six years ago, a rare and powerful event occurred in the sky.
Saturn and Jupiter conjoined at 6°19′ sidereal Capricorn.
I wrote about it then. I called it a Planetary War (Graha Yuddha) —massive change, growth, and transformation. I said Saturn would win, as he always does, because he was in his own sign of Capricorn while Jupiter was debilitated.
I also said: “Today, we are all getting our karma, whether it is good or bad. It is time to bust these patterns. Today is the Game Changer.”
Well. It was.
Let me look back at what actually happened—and where we stand now, six years later, in April 2026.
What I Predicted Then (December 2020)
Back then, I wrote:
-
Saturn wins the planetary war – He is in his own sign of Capricorn, strong and stable. Jupiter is debilitated, weak, and uncomfortable.
-
Debilitated Jupiter gives false hope, false inspiration, false teachings – Excess, not listening, grand ideas with no follow-through.
-
Saturn brings tough love – Hard work, discipline, reality checks, and karma.
-
This is a game changer – Time to stop doing the same thing and expecting different results.
I also noted that Saturn is the largest planet (including his rings) and that he always wins these wars.
Let’s see how that played out.
What Actually Happened (2020–2026)
The Pandemic Intensifies (2020–2022)
The conjunction occurred in December 2020, right in the heart of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Saturn (discipline, boundaries, isolation) was already active. The conjunction amplified:
-
Lockdowns, restrictions, and social isolation
-
The collapse of normal routines and structures
-
The painful but necessary reckoning with mortality and vulnerability
Jupiter debilitated (false hope, false teachings) showed up as:
-
Misinformation about the virus and vaccines
-
False cures and conspiracy theories
-
Leaders who promised miracles but delivered chaos
Saturn won. The virus did not care about our hopes. Reality won.
Economic Shifts (2021–2023)
Saturn in Capricorn (his own sign) brought:
-
Supply chain collapses
-
Inflation and rising costs
-
The end of “easy money” (stimulus, low interest rates)
-
A forced reckoning with debt, savings, and financial responsibility
Jupiter debilitated showed up as:
-
Crypto bubbles and crashes
-
Get-rich-quick schemes that failed
-
Overinvestment in hype without fundamentals
Saturn won again. The bill came due.
Political and Social Upheaval (2020–2024)
Saturn in Capricorn (government, authority, structures) brought:
-
Massive distrust in institutions
-
The rise and fall of political figures
-
Legal battles over elections, rights, and power
-
A slow-motion collapse of the old guard
Jupiter debilitated (false hope, false teachings) showed up as:
-
Leaders who promised utopia but delivered chaos
-
Movements built on illusion rather than strategy
-
The painful realization that “hoping” is not “doing”
Saturn won. Reality does not care about your preferred narrative.
The US Pluto Return (February 22, 2024)
I didn’t predict this in the original post, but it’s relevant: Pluto returned to its position in the US birth chart in February 2024.
Pluto (death, transformation, hidden power) plus Saturn (discipline, karma, structures) plus Jupiter debilitated (false hope) = a perfect storm of revelation and collapse.
What followed:
-
The most contentious election cycle in modern history
-
Legal battles over the very nature of democracy
-
A deepening sense that the old system cannot be saved—only rebuilt
Saturn won. Pluto transformed. Jupiter debilitated watched its hopes crumble.
Where We Are Now: April 4, 2026
Six years later, the energy has shifted dramatically.
Saturn is now in Pisces (having moved from Capricorn in March 2025). He is no longer in his own sign. He is swimming in dreamy, boundaryless waters.
Jupiter is in Gemini (having moved through Aries, Taurus, and now Gemini) – but on June 1, 2026, Jupiter will enter Cancer, where he is EXALTED.
This is huge.
What This Means:
-
Saturn in Pisces – The discipline of the last six years is now being integrated into our spiritual and emotional lives. We are asking: What did we learn? What are we taking forward?
-
Jupiter exalted in Cancer (starting June 2026) – The Great Benefic is finally strong again. After six years since the conjunction where he was in debilitation, Jupiter is coming home to Cancer. This brings:
-
Hope that is real, not false
-
Expansion that is grounded, not excessive
-
Protection for home, family, and emotional truth
-
But here’s the kicker: Jupiter exalted in Cancer will oppose Pluto in Capricorn.
That opposition is the next chapter of this story. The people (Cancer/Jupiter) vs. the establishment (Capricorn/Pluto). Emotional truth vs. cold power.
Saturn won the war in 2020. But the battle is not over. Now Jupiter gets his turn.
What Did We Learn?
Looking back at the Saturn-Jupiter conjunction of 2020, here’s what I see now:
1. False hope is dangerous.
Jupiter debilitated taught us that wishing doesn’t work. Hoping without acting is not spirituality—it’s avoidance.
2. Saturn’s discipline saves lives.
The pandemic, the economic shifts, the political upheavals—all of it was Saturn saying: “You cannot live in illusion forever. Wake up.”
3. Karma is real.
We all got what we deserved. Not in a punitive way, but in a consequential way. Actions had results. Choices had costs.
4. Patterns can be busted.
Some people used this energy to change. They stopped doing the same thing and expecting different results. They got different results.
Others didn’t. They are still waiting for Jupiter to save them—not realizing that Jupiter debilitated cannot save anyone.
Where Do We Go From Here?
We are entering a new phase.
Saturn in Pisces asks us to take our hard-won discipline and apply it to our spiritual lives. Meditation, prayer, and self-reflection are not optional anymore. They are survival skills.
Jupiter exalted in Cancer (starting June 1, 2026) brings protection, expansion, and genuine hope. But it comes with an opposition to Pluto. That means:
-
The fight is not over
-
Home, family, and emotional truth are the battleground
-
The establishment will not go quietly
But for the first time in six years, the benefic is winning.
Final Thoughts
Six years ago, I said: “Today is the Game Changer.”
It was. Just not in the way anyone expected.
We didn’t get easy answers. We got real ones.
We didn’t get false hope. We got hard truths.
And now, as Jupiter prepares to enter exaltation, we are finally being offered something we haven’t had in a long time:
Genuine hope. Real expansion. Actual protection.
Not because the sky says so. But because we earned it.
Saturn made sure of that.
