The July Full Moon for 2022 takes place on July 13th at 2:38pm EST at 27 degrees 11 minutes of Sagittarius, Uttara Ashada nakshatra. This means, “latter victory” or “latter unconquered”, and spans from 26.4 degrees of Sagittarius to 10 degrees of Capricorn. The symbols are an elephant tusk, a small cot, or planks of a bed. The deity that rules this lunar mansion are the Vishavadevas, or “all of the gods”. According to the Vishnu Purana and Padma Purana, they were the sons of Vishvā, a daughter of Daksha, enumerated as follows: 1. Vasu 2. Satya 3. Kratu 4. Daksha, 5. Kala 6. Kama 7. Dhrti 8. Kuru 9. Pururavas 10. Madravas, with two others added by some, 11. Rocaka or Locana, 12. Dhvani Dhuri. This is the “Universal Star”, and the fixed star Vega in the Lyre constellation rules this nakshatra, and it gives musical talent, as well as the ability to lead in government, but often with infamy. This day is also Guru Purnima, or the day that we honor our teachers, past and present.
This star prominent in a birth chart makes the individual driven to succeed, but they are not as brazen as Purva Ashada. This softness gives them patience and perseverance, knowing that their good work will eventually lead them to prosper. On the Sagittarius side, they fight for what they know is right, and cut down those who try to disrespect the truth. They are committed to their ideals, and on the Capricorn side will really want to serve humanity, but they can be workaholics, and this can make their personal life suffer. Marriage can be difficult with this placement, as their work zeal will make them cold personally, and they will be stubborn and appear selfish. These people are usually more successful in the second half of life, as the first half is mired with drama. Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter, and Uttara Ashada is ruled by the Sun, so these two transit planets will be particularly important today.
Transits
Well, this Full Moon has had a few major things leading up to it:
1) Saturn Retrograde just went back into Capricorn on the 12th
2) Rahu went into Bharani nakshatra on the 12th
3) James Webb Telescope Pictures Released
4) Venus goes into Gemini on the morning of the 13th
These are major shifts that will affect everyone, and now that we have the Full Moon energy, it is all amplified. We can see the energy of Saturn Rx in Capricorn by the way it behaved the last two years when it was there, and this brought financial gain when it was conjunct Jupiter, but then financial downturn as it moved away from this graha. On December 20th of 2020 we had the Saturn Jupiter conjunction in Capricorn, and this made cryptocurrency shoot up like a rocket. Perhaps we will see some stabilizing of the markets with Shani being in the earth sign of Capricorn again, as it is in the 2nd house of the US birth chart. The bad news is that Saturn will make a square aspect to Uranus when he goes into Capricorn, and these planets are really polar oppossites, so we should see a lot of topsy-turvy behavior. Having the James Webb Telescope pictures released on the 12th at the same time as Saturn Rx goes back into Capricorn shows us “going back” to do more work concerning our media and communications, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they did find signs of “intelligent” life and they are just not letting us know.
Rahu going into the female sign of Bharani will bring the recent Roe vs. Wade decision into focus as marches across the nation continue. Venus going into Gemini will make it conjunct the Sun for this Full Moon, making women’s issues even more in focus, and more vocal.
The Full Moon is taking place in the 3rd house of the chart for DC, and this pertains to the media and communications. As the Moon is in Sagittarius, which is ruled by Jupiter, we see that transit Jupiter is in the 6th house of health in this Full Moon chart conjunct Neptune Retrograde. This points to the virus coming back, and that there are lawsuits against the pharmaceutical companies concerning the vaccine. We know now that there are so many injuries from this vaccine, such as Justin Bieber’s Ramsey Hunt Syndrome, which we know has been linked to the vaccine, but the news media is lying about. This Full Moon will bring out the truth on many fronts of health such as this, as Neptune Retrograde always brings out the truth. Go to the CovidVaccineVictims website to learn more about the truth of this vaccine. One thing that this Jupiter and Neptune Rx conjunction in the 6thhouse of the Full Moon will bring is more attention to mental health and spirituality as a remedy.
The big news we’ve been hawking about for months is the Mars/Rahu/Uranus conjunction set to happen at the end of the month/beginning of next month, and this is taking place in the 7th house of the opponent for this Full Moon. Now, Mars is in his own sign, and Rahu did just go into Bharani which concerns women’s health, so the protests and Presidential Executive orders will still be forthcoming. President Biden has signed a bill stating that abortions that will save the life of the mother are federally protected, and we should expect more of this legislature over this Full Moon. Remember, Uttara Ashada is the “latter unconquered” that brings ultimate victory, so this shows some hope that we will not revert to the Dark Ages where women had no rights. An interesting thing today is that Ketu is on the Ascendant for this Full Moon, and in mundane astrology this indicates a loss. It’s in Venus’s sign of Libra, which refers back to women, but it’s in Vishakha nashatra, which is “victory”. So, this indicates a struggle for women that will be won, but not without a real fight. The fixed star Bellatrix, the “Female Warrior”, rules Mrigashira nakshatra, which is where Venus is right now. So many things pointing to women’s rights being championed, but we must do our due diligence as women and not sit back and wait for others to save us. Save yourself.
